Email support@evpovo.com with order number, serial number, purchase date, detailed description, photos/videos.

Our engineer will respond within 1–2 business days.

If a return is required, we will issue an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

For verified warranty defects, EVPOVO covers round‑trip shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Limitations
This limited warranty is non‑transferable and provides specific legal rights; you may have other rights varying by state. EVPOVO’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded where permitted by law.
