• 30 days from delivery for returns or exchanges.

Condition requirements

• Unopened/unused: eligible for full refund of product price (shipping fees non‑refundable unless due to our error).

• Opened but like‑new (complete accessories/manuals, no wear): subject to 15% restocking fee to cover inspection/repacking.

• Used, missing parts, or damaged: refund may be denied or assessed higher refurbishment fees after inspection.
